Accepting Who We Are

Interestingly, when we begin to explore our own authenticity, sometimes we find things we don't like, things we want to change, or the best reflection of ourselves in others. The most profound example I have found of this has been my own experience in yoga. So many times I have found myself comparing myself to others, congratulating myself on how well I can achieve poses, or shaming others for doing exactly what I am doing in my own head. Before I can improve this, however, I have to accept that this is how/who I am for this moment:
